Update to the New Ubuntu Linux 12.10 Alpha 3 | The best Linux Operating System

--> The third alpha release of the new Ubuntu 12.10, code name "Quantal Quetzal" has been released officially on July 26 2012.Update your Ubuntu OS to the new Ubuntu 12.10 by few simple steps. From the release announcement "Welcome to the Quantal Quetzal alpha 3 image set, which will in time become the 12.10 release." Some of the features in this release include a streamlined Software Updater and X.Org Server 1.12: "Update Manager has been streamlined and renamed Software Updater. It also now checks for updates when launched. A new X.Org stack has been introduced which includes X.Org Server 1.12, Mesa 8.0.3, and updated X libraries and drivers. The best linux distribution with LXDE - Lubuntu 12.04

--> Lubuntu is ubuntu base build upon lxde.Lxde is very fast compared with much heavier interfaces like gnome and kde.Since lxde is under development you may not stick onto it if you are migrating from the popular gnome 3 or kde.But lxde is really faster than heavy interfaces like gnome 3 or kde.Lubuntu ships with chromium as its default web browser and pidgin as the default chat app.Sylpheed is the email client instead of mozilla's thunderbird.Lubuntu has office tools like abiword and gnumeric which are lighter tools that fits the lxde environment.
